ZNEON SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and 
public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, 
you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

European Union — Free Shipping We offer free shipping to all EU member states. Once processing is complete, delivery takes approximately 4–11 business days, depending on your country. For orders shipped to Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden, delivery takes approximately 9–18 business days after processing.

United Kingdom Estimated delivery: 9–18 business days after processing. Orders may be subject to UK VAT and import duties depending on order value.

Australia & New Zealand Estimated delivery: 9–18 business days after processing. Orders may be subject to local GST and import duties depending on order value.

Asia-Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Brunei, Bahrain) Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days after processing. Any applicable local taxes or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Latin America (Mexico, Chile, Colombia) Estimated delivery: 9–18 business days after processing. Orders may be subject to local taxes and import duties depending on the destination country.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. 
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties 
or import taxes. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Australia, 
New Zealand, or other international destinations, applicable VAT, GST, 
or import duties may apply and will be indicated at checkout where possible. 
For all other destinations, any applicable customs fees are the 
responsibility of the buyer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated 
timeframe, please contact us at ivakonegocios@gmail.com with your name 
and order number and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
